- Strawberry Salad: Arugula, strawberries, feta cheese, pecans, balsamic vinaigrette.
- Bruschetta (Appetizer): tomato, grape, basil, and garlic over a feta cheese crostini and drizzled with balsamic vinaigrette.

- Grilled salmon marinated in pomegranate marinade served over wild rice and creamed spinach.
- "Marry Me" Chicken: grilled chicken breast in a creamy mushroom bearnaise sauce served over whipped potatoes and roasted asparagus.
